MISSION: We create housing opportunities for neurodiverse adults in Park City that integrates quality of life within a supportive community.

B21 is developing a scattered community housing project that addresses the accessibility needs of individuals with Autism, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (A/I/DD) in Summit County. In May, 2025, Bridge21 welcomed their first residents into Bridge21's very 1st neurodiverse home.  Our hope is to expand to three properties housing a total of 12 individuals in 2027. 

B21’s key differentiator is addressing the affordable, cognitively-accessible, long-term housing needs of our population while also providing the supportive amenities and services that will allow this population to live independently.

Neurodivergent individuals need housing. Autism After 21: First Findings of an Utah Review and Toolkits for Autism reports that 61% of survey respondents indicated this is their greatest need.[1] B21’s Market Analysis indicates 46% of all respondents and 35% of self-advocates want to live with housemates who have a disability, while 62% fear that they will have to live in a group home.

Bridge21 is addressing this need!
