Maker Union is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating meaningful, paid employment for adults and young adults with disabilities. Through hands-on work in packaging, and creative production, we provide an inclusive space where individuals can contribute, grow, and thrive. Every item we make carries a story of empowerment, purpose, and pride.

Adults with disabilities face some of the highest barriers to employment in the country. Too often, they are excluded from the workforce not because of a lack of ability, but because of a lack of opportunity. We’re here to change that.
