Mindful. Summit County's mission is to promote mindfulness and mental well-being for all residents of Summit County, Utah.

We envision building a thriving community through shared mindfulness - our vision goes beyond individual well-being. 

We believe that by fostering mindfulness practices within ourselves, we can create stronger connections and a more supportive environment for everyone in Summit County.

Our Programs and Initiatives for 2025

Education:

o Offered 60 free mindfulness classes, reaching over 800 participants.

o Partnered with the Park City School District to integrate mindfulness after-school and preschool programming

o Partnered with the Summit Community Gardens, offering free mindfulness classes

o Partnered with the Park City Library, offering free community mindfulness

o Partnered with Sage Mountain, offering free monthly mindfulness retreats

Community Outreach:

o Provided free mindfulness education through dedicated programming supported by Park City School District and Youth United.

o Organized and participated in more than 12 community events throughout the year, raising awareness about mindfulness and fostering connections.

o Offered scholarship programs to support individuals with financial limitations in accessing resources.

Mindfulness Workshops and Trainings:

o Offered a variety of workshops and trainings on mindfulness practices, reaching 525 participants. These workshops helped individuals develop skills to reduce stress, manage emotions, and improve overall well-being.

Collaboration:

o Successfully collaborated with Park City School District, Park City Library, Summit Community Gardens, Basin Recreation, and Sage Mountain on joint mindfulness initiatives.
