Mountain Mediation brings people together to prevent conflict, resolve disputes, and improve communication for a more inclusive community. The work of building this community rests on three pillars: Mediation, Landlord/Tenant Education, and Let's Talk. Every gift makes a difference. Whether you choose to support one program or our work as a whole, here are the programs your generosity helps make possible.

Mediation: We provide neutral, court-registered mediators who are experienced in a wide range of disputes affecting the community, including divorce, workplace conflicts, landlord/tenant issues, and neighbor disagreements.

Landlord/Tenant Education: As part of our conflict-prevention work, we educate landlords and tenants on their rights and responsibilities and offers mediation as an alternative to costly, disruptive evictions. 

Let's Talk℠: Also part of our conflict-prevention work, this program offers fun, interactive, and easy-to-follow communication trainings for community members, businesses, government agencies, schools, and more.

Our services are offered on a sliding scale or for free, so that everyone can afford to mend their relationships, become better communicators, and avoid costly litigation. Plus, mediation and landlord/tenant services are available in Spanish, which increases the accessibility and reach of these necessary programs.
