The Park City Schools Mt Bike Team, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, was started in 2012 and is a team in the Utah High School Cycling League. Our goal is to provide children in grades 7 – 12 with an opportunity to foster and develop their mountain biking skills. This year we had 239 riders and more than 80 coaches. Additionally, the emphasis on inclusion has grown to see almost 40 percent of the riders being female and 14 LatinX riders. Our team emphasizes the values of NICA through camaraderie among peers, a positive sporting behavior and the cultivation of health over competition.

In 2023, we returned to the podium as State Champions through the hard work and dedication of the entire team. We focused on togetherness and teamwork this year to achieve a larger goal than we each individually could attain. Help us continue the work of inclusivity, equity and positive sporting behavior as this leads us to another State Championship.

FUNdraising Goal - $10,000

- $1,000 is the annual cost of supporting a low income rider (Registration, bike, racing costs, food & coaching) we had 14 LatinX riders last year

- Other upcoming capital costs include building out the team van to be a full bike mechanic shop for riders, provision of a van to transport low income riders, supplies for coaches to support riders and more...
