South Summit Education Foundation

The South Summit Education Foundation unites the community in acquiring and allocating resources required for quality education that are not provided through traditional funding sources. We are  a 501c 3 organization that supports student achievement, teacher recognition and  student learning grants to assist teachers in the classroom.

We rely entirely on donor support and grants.   

Student Achievement:  Our student scholarship program helps college bound seniors meet their tuition needs as they take the next step in their education. 

Teacher Recognition:   Through parent and student nomination and teacher achievement our teachers can qualify for a cash award for their excellence in teaching. A handful of teachers are recognized in their efforts with a yearly "Educator of the Year" award.  

Student Learning Grants for Teachers: We love our teachers and recognize the needs they have to be able to teach effectively. We offer grants for classroom enrichment.
