As a lifelong athlete raised on cheer, soccer, and gymnastics, movement has always been my second language. My passion for fitness started young and was deeply rooted by watching my mom live an active lifestyle with intention. Today, that drive continues through my love for Lagree Pilates, hot yoga, spin, and now Stark.

Joining Stark Naked feels like the perfect culmination of everything I value: discipline, transformation, and giving back. This challenge isn’t just about physical strength—it's about total health optimization, the kind Stark embodies so well. I’m especially excited to take this journey alongside my mom, who has inspired me in both fitness and philanthropy. Watching her thrive through multiple Stark Naked challenges lit a fire in me to do the same.

This challenge is deeply personal. As a mom, I’m proud to pass on values my own mother instilled in me—especially the importance of reading. No matter our financial situation growing up, my mom always made sure I had access to books. That gift became a part of who I am and how I now raise my girls. That’s why it means the world to me to support The Literacy Project, an organization founded by my mom, which has helped over 11,500 underserved children learn to read—for free.

I recently won March Madness at Stark’s Tustin location, and I knew this was the next step in pushing myself. Stark Naked is a celebration of growth—physical, mental, and emotional.
