JRES Hawks in Action: Hands-On Science for All

Help Bring Science to Life for Every JRES Hawk!

At Jeremy Ranch Elementary, our Hawks are curious, creative, and full of wonder. We want every student—from Kindergarten through 5th grade—to have the opportunity to think and work like real scientists and engineers.

That’s why we’re launching Hawks in Action, a campaign to expand hands-on, project-based learning aligned with Utah’s SEEd (Science and Engineering Education) Standards.

Through this initiative, students will:

🔬 Plan and carry out investigations 

📊 Analyze and interpret data 

🧩 Build models and design creative solutions 

💡 Share discoveries and innovations with their peers and school community
