I will kick off my second round of the Stark Naked Challenge this year. The most special part of this next journey is partnering with my daughter, Crystal. After years of emphasizing health and wellness with my children, it warms my heart to watch them stay active and aim for ultimate health and fitness.

Stark Naked 2025 you are on! You are the runway for me and Crystal to launch into benchmark years in our lives. We can’t wait to learn more about nutrition, bodily functions, and better health practices that will influence our wellness journey into the following stages of our lives. And yes, this will be the ultimate test of discipline, but here we go!

Crystal and I will be raising funds for my beloved charity, The Literacy Project. In 2009, I founded The Literacy Project to help our most vulnerable children who struggle with reading skills. As a former school counselor, I know firsthand the devastating effects of illiteracy. I believe every child, especially the disadvantaged, has a right to learn to read within their unique capabilities. The Literacy Project has taught over 11,500 underserved children from low-income families to read at no cost. I believe there are many ways to save the life of a child, and the gift of reading is one of them. Please support our effort.
