The National Ability Center (NAC) empowers youth of all abilities through adaptive sports, recreation, and outdoor experiences. Our programs are designed to give children and teens with disabilities the opportunity to participate in activities such as skiing, cycling, swimming, climbing, horseback riding, and more.

Through individualized instruction, adaptive equipment, and experienced staff and volunteers, NAC creates an inclusive and supportive environment where young athletes can build confidence, develop new skills, stay active, and experience the joy of recreation alongside their peers. Whether a participant is trying a sport for the first time or working toward a new goal, NAC focuses on what is possible and helps every young person discover their potential through movement, adventure, and community.
